Meet & Greet Minutes

There were 17 fellow PTer's in attendance. We sure missed our regular members who didn't make it tonight.

Old business:

We had a full house and everyone had a great time at our 2009 Christmas party. From the food to the gifts everything went great.

Talk about some good cooks - hats off to everyone that brought food which was everyone.

New business:

Everyone was reminded of the $25.00 donation to TVPTs each January to start our funds out in the black. Barry will accept the donations from all members - this $25.00 is per PT. If you didn't make January we'll catch you in February.

There will be no cruise in January.

Jim and Tammy will put on the Valentine's Day Cruise & Dinner on Saturday February 13th.

• Each member is asked to bring a valentine theme gift to exchange. This worked out so well last year and we all had fun. Please wrap or put in bag so no one can see the gift.
• Valentine gifts need to be unisex so it can go either to a man or woman
• Tammy will be doing something special for the tables and a couple of extra door prizes.
• Connie will be doing something special for dessert for everyone.
• Place to Meet: Will be posted soon to our website.
• Time to Meet for cruise: Will be posted on front page of our website soon.
• Where are we going? It will be a surprise. Jim has found another cool place to eat so we be cruising somewhere new and eat somewhere else this year. Change is good....change is fun..change is yummy.
• This will a 3 or 4 hour cruise and adventure with a little bit of fun mixed in. Just enough cruise to get everyone going and having fun then we will end with a fabulous dinner.
• Who pays for the dinners. Answer: we all pay for our own.

Calendars were made out with some dates assigned for special events. More events and dates will be put on the calendars when the info becomes available.

The new calendars are up on the internet check them out.

New - each month one member will bring some kind of dessert to share with everyone. Birthdays will be mentioned.
